Cyralux sterile ready-to-fill (RTF) glass vials are manufactured from Type I borosilicate tubular glass and supplied washed, depyrogenated, and sterilized. Available in 2R, 6R, and 10R formats in clear or amber glass, these vials provide packaging options for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and laboratory applications.
Each vial is held finish-up and individually seated in a polypropylene nest inside a tub, a configuration designed to minimize vial-to-vial and vial-to-metal contact during handling. The Nest and Tub format is intended for compatible automated, robotic, flexible, and isolator-based filling operations. Confirm compatibility with your filling equipment and packaging requirements.
Ready-to-fill packaging can help reduce the need for in-house vial washing, depyrogenation, and sterilization processes, potentially saving cleanroom space, equipment, validation effort, and preparation time.
