CyraLux sterile ready-to-fill glass vials provide a 30 mL nominal format in Type I borosilicate tubular glass. Each vial is supplied washed, depyrogenated, and sterilized, making it a convenient ready-to-use option for formulation, compounding, diagnostic, aseptic processing, and sterile filling applications. The buyer is responsible for evaluating suitability for the formulation and packaging requirements.
The 30R format provides a 30 mL nominal capacity, approximately 37.5 mL brimful volume, a 30.0 mm nominal outside diameter, a 75.0 mm nominal height, and a 20 mm crimp neck finish. The larger capacity makes these vials suitable for applications that require more fill volume per container.
These boxed sterile vials offer an economical ready-to-fill format. Vials are packed finish-down, 140 vials per box, in a sealed, wrapped polypropylene box. Because the vials are not individually separated, limited glass-to-glass contact may occur during transportation and handling. This format is intended for manual or suitably configured semi-automated operations where vials are removed from the box. Confirm process suitability before ordering.
Closures required: These vials have a 20 mm crimp neck finish and are supplied without a stopper or seal. Pair with compatible 20 mm stoppers and 20 mm aluminum crimp seals. Confirm stopper design, seal dimensions, and vial-finish geometry before use.
