Autofil® 2 features the New High Flow Foxx Velocity 0.2µm, and PES membranes. Perfect for filtering FBS and other viscous solutions. The membrane is low protein binding and surfactant-free. All units are sterile and manufactured from USP Class VI polystyrene in an ISO 13485 clean room, FDA regulated facility. This PES filter is specifically designed to handle harder loads, while maintaining the highest flow rates in the industry.
Autofil Bottle-top Filtration Systems can be used alone or with Quick-Connect Technology, that allows you to streamline your laboratory operations. This filtration setup allows hands-free operation. Simply attach your vacuum line to the Quick-Connect hardware. When you are ready to filter, set the Autofil unit onto the base or cradle and open the built-in vacuum control. Your filter is now fully supported for secure, hands-free operation, shorter filtration time, and will not tilt or spill. Foxx Life Sciences' Autofil® is manufactured in ISO 13485 clean room in NA.
Autofil hardware, pedestal base or cradle ring, eliminates a time-consuming and inconvenient step in your process. With Autofil Quick-Connect technology, connect the vacuum once to the pedestal base or cradle ring. Each time a new filtration unit is placed on the base, Quick-Connect Technology ensures that the vacuum connection is automatic.
Autofil® 2 500ml is available as either a complete system or as a funnel only bottle-top vacuum filter. The patented next generation product comes with 3 different asymmetric PES membrane pore sizes (.1μm, 0.2μm, or 0.45μm).
