Cyralux 10R clear sterile ready-to-fill glass vials provide a 10 mL nominal format in Type I borosilicate tubular glass. The vials are supplied washed, depyrogenated, and sterilized. The clear-glass format allows direct viewing of the vial and its contents during handling.
These RTF vials arrive washed, depyrogenated, and sterilized, eliminating in-house vial washing, depyrogenation tunnels, and sterilization steps that consume cleanroom space, capital, validation effort, and time. Each vial is held finish-up and individually seated in a polypropylene nest inside a tub, a configuration designed to prevent vial-to-vial and vial-to-metal contact. Nest and Tub is intended for appropriately equipped flexible, robotic, isolator-based, or combination filling lines; confirm line compatibility.
