Autofil Bottle Top Vacuum Filter
Autofil™ is a disposable, sterile, vacuum operated laboratory filtration system designed for filter sterilization of liquids such as biological fluids, cell culture Media, and buffers. Autofil asymmetric PES membrane filters are extremely low protein binding and surfactant free. Large surface area and optimum performance means reduced filtration times and improved productivity. This PES filter is specifically designed to handle harder loads, while maintaining the highest flow rates in the industry.
Autofil assemblies have a wide base and low center of gravity to reduce tip-overs. The receiver bottle is ergonomically shaped with narrow, sloping shoulders and molded finger grips. The unique SECUREgrasp™ cap has a large surface area and prominent no-slip edges for a safer grip and easy transport.
Autofil Bottle-top Filtration Systems can be used alone or with Quick-Connect Technology, that allows you to streamline your laboratory operations. This filtration setup allows hands-free operation. Simply attach your vacuum line to the Quick-Connect hardware. When you are ready to filter, set the Autofil unit onto the base or cradle and open the built-in vacuum control. Your filter is now fully supported for secure, hands-free operation, shorter filtration time, and will not tilt or spill. Foxx Life Sciences' Autofil® is manufactured in ISO 13485 clean room in NA.
Autofil hardware, pedestal base or cradle ring, eliminates a time-consuming and inconvenient step in your process. With Autofil Quick-Connect technology, connect the vacuum once to the pedestal base or cradle ring. Each time a new filtration unit is placed on the base, Quick-Connect Technology ensures that the vacuum connection is automatic.
Autofil® 250ml is available as either a complete system or as a funnel only bottle-top vacuum filter. The patented next generation product comes with 3 different asymmetric PES membrane pore sizes ( .1μm, 0.2μm, or 0.45μm).
