COVID 19 Delays


We greatly appreciate your business and cooperation during these trying times. Every order, large or small, is of the utmost importance to us. Please recognize that our offices have been inundated with orders, emails, phone calls, voicemails, and shipments. These challenges have been exacerbated by the additional responsibility of every team member on our staff to constantly disinfect every workstation, surface, and item in our warehouses and offices. Despite all issues related to national shortages and general anxieties due to the coronavirus pandemic, we urge you to be patient and encourage you to remember that we are all in this together. We will be working hard to the best of our abilities to make sure everyone is satisfied. Thank you for your understanding and your patience!




Medical Professional Discount Program


We understand, appreciate, and admire our medical professionals, doctors, nurses, and front line responders that put their lives and safety at risk to help others deal with the symptoms and issues caused by the COVID 19 pandemic. As such, we are offering such heroes a 15% off discount on all items in the "Disease Prevention" category. In order to qualify the following tasks are required:


  • Medical professionals must create an account on beforehand.
  • Send in proof of your profession to or Fax (954) 592-2106
  • Proof could include medical ID tag or other personalized identification that distinguishes the user on the account as a medical professional or front line responder. ID badges with photo identification is recommended.


Upon completion, the user associated with the account will receive a permanent discount applied to their account of 15% in the Disease Prevention category. Prices will change for the user when logged in and viewing products. 




SPECIAL - COVID 19 Prevention Policies to ensure your packages are safe:


Our In-House Safety Protocols Are as Follows:


  • At the end of the workday everyone must completely wipe down their work area.  ALL surfaces that you touched during the workday must be wiped down with the company supplied 75% alcohol spray.  It is advised that you spray the surfaces and wait 15 seconds before wiping and drying them with a paper towel.  Also, at the end of the day, everyone must participate in disinfecting every touchable surface in all 4 bathrooms, both kitchens, in the re-packing area, and each and every doorknob in the warehouse and office.  This will be a team effort that must be done every day before anyone clocks out and leaves. 
  • At every entrance into our building, there will be a bottle of hand sanitizer and a box of masks.  Everyone entering our building must use hand sanitizer and put on a surgical mask before entering.  No exceptions!  That means all workers, and any delivery personnel.  If you leave the building during the day for any reason, you cannot re-enter without using hand sanitizer and putting on a NEW mask.
  • The company will provide a canister of disinfecting wipes in each bathroom.  When you are done using the bathroom, please use a wipe to clean every surface that your hands touched.  Please use the wipe to open the door handle and then dispose of it.
  • Everyone will be provided a company supplied pump bottle that can be regularly re-filled with the company's bulk supply of hand sanitizer.  Please use hand sanitizer OFTEN!  In addition to hand sanitizer, please also practice safe handwashing as described by the CDC (20 seconds minimum).
  • If you feel any symptoms whatsoever (sore throat, cough, fever, chills, etc.), even if the symptoms are very mild, DO NOT come to work.  If you are already here and feel the slightest bit ill, please go home.  We will do our best to provide you with work from assignments so that no one has to miss extended work time.
  • OPTIONAL:  Although it is NOT required at this time, if you wish to wear nitrile gloves, the company will provide them while you are working. This protection is a personal decision.

Payment Terms


All payments must be received and must clear before any items are shipped. No C.O.D. orders are possible.  All orders must be placed via the web site.  Telephone orders, purchase orders, or net 30 billing is not available at this time.


Forms of Payment:


MasterCard, VISA, AMEX, PayPal, Google Checkout, Discover, Western Union, Money Order, Check, or Cash. All funds must be in US Dollar Currency.


Credit Card Fraud:


Please note that all credit cards are charged at the time of checkout as to help prevent fraudulent orders.  If you complete the checkout process using a credit card, Paypal, or Google checkout as a form of payment, you are certifying that you have the consent of the cardholder and all charges are lawful.  For protections to our customers, you may be asked to fill out a credit card authorization form, if your order is being shipped to an address different than the credit card billing address, is over 500 US dollars, or is an international order. 


If you are caught violating this policy we will forward the transaction to the proper authorities in your region.  We take credit card fraud very seriously and will aggressively pursue prosecution to the fullest extent permissible by law.  All transactions are logged with IP address and we will use any and all means to have violators prosecuted, no matter how small the transaction.


Shipping Terms


All items are shipped UPS, as per customer’s choice. Items are shipped prepaid and added to the invoice. All orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Usually orders are shipped within two business days of receipt of payment. Many times, orders are shipped the same or very next business day.  Under normal circumstances, there are times due to high order volume, when it may take up to 5 business days to ship. However, due to the demand for products related to protection from the COVID-19 pandemic, our time to ship may be extended well beyond 5 days.  We appreciate your patience and understanding during this difficult time.


Please note, that when a customer chooses UPS Next Day Air, UPS Second Day Air, UPS Third Day Air, that those express shipping terms apply to the parcel from the time it is shipped, NOT from the time the order is placed. Although we place the highest priority on orders with express shipping services, the same shipping policies apply. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays, Saturday Shipping is a special fee on top of the normal Two Day and Next Day Air charges (please call us if you require this emergency service). We DO NOT guarantee that any order will be shipped from our warehouse any sooner than 5 business days from the time payment is received. Regarding carriers, we make no guarantees as to the time a carrier may take once an item is shipped. We are not responsible for any delays due to a carrier's lack of performance. A special note during the holidays. The period from Thanksgiving to Christmas is an especially slow time to receive shipment. Please be patient if you are waiting on a parcel during this time. Again, a carrier's lack of performance is out of our control.


Any address corrections or address change charges from UPS will be billed to customer, such as missing apartment numbers, incorrect zip codes, and so forth. These changes are billed by UPS separately, so please be sure to double check your address information before submitting order.   In placing your order, verify that your shipping address is complete and correct. Should the address information provided be incorrect, you may be responsible for an additional $17.39 address correction charge from UPS as stated above.  PO Boxes are not allowed in the address information, we must ship to a physical address. 


All packages unless otherwise requested in writing, will be shipped with ‘Signature Required’ to prevent fraud, theft, and damage to packages.



International Customers


UPS offers to select Countries/Cities UPS Express, it is not available for all countries (Most of the United Kingdom, France, Sweden, Canada, and Germany qualify), UPS Express is approximately 2-4 business day shipping speed to these areas. Most countries qualify for UPS Expedited, it is usually the cheapest international option (5-7 business days) and it is our default choice. If for some reason, neither option produces a shipping cost, then in most cases UPS Saver Express is the only option available for your country, UPS Saver Express is right in the middle of UPS Expedited and UPS Express in terms of cost and speed (4-7 business days).



International Orders and Importation Policies


All items sold on this site are available to international customers residing outside of the United States. It is the customer’s responsibility to know the importation restrictions of the country in which they reside. Importation fees and duties, maybe required to import certain items into your country, it is the customer's responsibility to handle fees required by your customs office. In addition if required, any licensing, business licences, or required certifications by your country must be furnished and presented by the importer of curstomer upon arrival of the package to the customs office in your country. The customer assumes all liability regarding the importation of any item purchased. At no time will Research Laboratory Supply, Inc. be held responsible for non-delivery of any order that is stopped by the Customs of the country in which the customer resides. In the event that the Customs of the country in which the customer resides seizes a package because the customer purchased an item that is regulated or not allowed for importation into their respective country, the customer agrees to waive all rights to any claim against Research Laboratory Supply, Inc. At no time will Research Laboratory, Inc. be responsible for issuing a credit or refunding any monies for any package that is seized by the Customs of the country in which the customer resides.


Note for international customers: We have now instituted a service called “iGlobal”, which upon checkout will not only convert the total charges into your countries currency, it will also provide you with the cost of COD, VAT and taxes imposed by your country upon importation.  You have the option of paying for these importation fees up front at checkout, or when you receive the package.  Be aware that a refusal of delivery / pick up is NOT deemed a return.  If an international customer refuses delivery or pick up, and wishes to have the courier return the shipment to Med Lab Supply, they will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee, no refund of original shipping charges, and any and all cost of return, duty, tax, and brokerage fees imposed by the courier will be deducted from any credit due to the customer upon receipt of original shipment in resalable condition. 



Undeliverable Packages


All packages that are termed undeliverable due to insufficient, incomplete, non deliverable addresses, or not having someone 18 years or older at the shipping address to provide a signature confirmation are subject to a $9.25 service charge for UPS ground package or $13.95 to $18.50 for a UPS priority shipped package, depending on weight and service of original order. In addition to the service charge, the customer will be responsible for any further shipping charges should the customer choose to have the package re-shipped. Refunds will be given in the form of a store credit for the merchandise minus the $9.25 or $13.95 charge, depending on the original shipping service, and a 15% restocking fee. In order to receive a store credit, you must have an online account with Research Laboratory Supply, Inc (d.b.a. Med Lab Supply).



Return Policy


Customer satisfaction is our top priority at Med Lab Supply. As such, we would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please contact our customer service department within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Any item being returned for any other reason other than it being defective or shipped in error, may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping fees for errored orders will not be refunded. All items returned must be returned new, unused, in its original packaging, any accessories provided by the manufacturer, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. All returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit.


Before returning any item, please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. Items returned without a RMA number will receive a store credit for merchandise minus 15% restocking fee.


If you paid for your order via credit card, Paypal, or Google checkout, your account will be credited back for the appropriate amount once the products have been received. If you paid with a check, western union transfer, or money order; please allow 2 – 4 weeks to receive your refund check from Med Lab Supply from the time we receive the returned products. If you wish to waive the 15% restocking fee, you may have your refund in the form of a store credit. Restocking fees may also be waived if purchasing another item of equal or greater value. Restocking fees will be refunded once the new order has been processed.


If you are returning an item that is defective or shipped in error, we apologize for your inconvenience. We will refund the costs or the products, plus original shipping cost and supply return shipping slip via UPS.


The following will not be accepted for return, for any reason unless deemed defective or shipped in error. Items that have been discontinued, items that are outdated, shelf worn, used or defaced, unsuitable for re-sale, chemicals or oils that have been opened, products that have been shipped outside the United States.



Drop Ship Orders


Benchmark Laboratory Equipment items are drop ship only items. Dropship orders ship within 7 to 10 business days after order has been placed. All dropships orders ship only to US locations.  All equipment returned will be access a 15% restocking fee, unless due to manufacturer defect.  For expedited shipping or to ship to an outside US location, please contact our customer service department for additional fees.



Product Acceptance


Extreme care is used when packing your orders. All items are checked, rechecked and packed by experienced personnel. Should discrepancies occur, please contact us immediately so we may resolve the issue. All claims of shortage, incorrect items or damage MUST BE MADE WITHIN FIVE (5) DAYS OF RECEIPT OF OUR ORDER. Major damage should be reported immediately to and inspected by the carrier. We will lend any and all assistance in helping to process your claim. For damage cause by UPS delivery: All packing materials should be kept until inspected by a UPS representative. If the customer does not notify MED LAB SUPPLY within five (5) after the receipt of the order, the order shall be deemed to conform to the terms provided herein and shall be irrevocably accepted by the customer.



Order Cancellations


If you need to cancel your order you must notify MED LAB SUPPLY via telephone (800) 660-5998, before 3:45pm EST on the day you place your order to receive a full credit.  Orders cancelled after 3:45pm EST of the order date may receive full credit, if package has not shipped.   If you cancel your order after it has shipped, you will receive credit minus a 15%restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges.



Changes to Existing Orders


Due to the manner in which our orders are processed for shipment, we cannot add to, or modify an existing order once it has been submitted. We can only cancel an order IF it has not yet been shipped. If you need to add to or change an existing order, you may call or e-mail our customer service department and cancel your existing order, IF it has not yet shipped, and then you must re-submit a new order with the changes or additions you wish to make. You must re-submit your order through the on-line check out process. We cannot process, change, or modify any orders via e-mail or phone. We can only cancel orders. If your order has already shipped then you must place an additional order.



Clearance Items


All clearance items are considered final sale and do not carry manufacturer’s warranty.



The Sale of Hypodermic Syringes and Needles


In the U.S., regulations on the purchase and distribution of hypodermic syringes and needles are governed by State laws.  Med Lab Supply, Inc. and its parent company Research Laboratory Supply, Inc. are incorporated in the State of Florida, United States of America.  All of our offices, warehouses, and distribution points are within Florida.  Florida law does not restrict the sale of syringes/needles to pharmacies.  Also, in accord with Florida law, a retail outlet is not required to obtain a prescription from any adult over the age of 18 for the purchase of syringes or needles.  In most states within the U.S. it is legal for an individual to purchase syringes and needles without a prescription.  However, since state regulations on the purchase of syringes and needles may vary from those of the State of Florida, it is the customer’s sole responsibility to comply with the laws governing the state or district in which they live.  This site (excluding any linked sites) is controlled by us from our offices within Florida, United States of America.


It can be accessed from all 50 states, as well as from other countries around the world. As each of these places has laws that may differ from those of Florida, by accessing this site you agree that the statutes and laws of the State of Florida, without regard to the conflicts of laws principles thereof and the United Nations Convention on the International Sales of Goods, will apply to all matters relating to the use of this site and the purchase of products and services available through this site. You also agree and hereby submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of any court of competent jurisdiction within the State of Florida with respect to such matters.

  3. MED LAB SUPPLY reserves the right to restrict or refuse sale to any person who may not be in compliance with our stated company policies on the sale and use of hypodermic syringes and needles, or who’s order may violate any federal, state, or local law or regulation.

The following safety precautions are guidelines only. For further precautions, consult with an Aromatherapist regarding essential oil usage.  Inform your health care provider of what you are using as they may not be conducive with his or her prescribed therapy and/or medications.


The following are considered toxic and should only be used by a trained aromatherapist:  Arnica, birch, bitter almond, brown camphor, mugworm, pennyroyal, tansy, wintergreen or wormwood oils. Each of these oils contains compounds that when given in specific doses, proves toxic to the individuals subjected to it (The complete Book of Essential Oils).


The following oils should be avoided if you have epilepsy:  Cajaput, champhor, Eucalyptus, fennel, hyssop, peppermint, and rosemary


The following oils should not be using while pregnant:  Angelica, basil, black pepper, boldo leaf, calamus, camphor, cassia, cedarwood, clary sage, fennel, ginger, jasmine, juniper, lavender, marjoram, myrrh, peppermint, rose, rosemary, sage, and thyme


Unless otherwise stated, never use undiluted essential oils on your skin.  Always dilute with a carrier oil.  It is recommended to do skin test prior to use.  The following oils should never be used on the skin:  Alan root, almond bitter, birch, boldo leaf, cade, calamas, camphor, cassis, cinnamon bark, fig leaf, horserash, mustard, tansy and wintergreen


General guidelines:


  • Essential oils are highly concentrated and should be used with care.
  • Always read and follow instructions carefully.
  • Keep essential oils in a secure place, preferably out of direct sunlight and away from pets and children.
  • Use a variety of essential oils and rotate those which you often use to avoid sensitization and irritation.  If you use a blend for 3 to 4 days, take a minimum of 3 days off and use an alternate blend those 3 days.
  • If you allergic to certain foods; do not use carrier oil or essential oils derived from them.
  • Essential oils do not automatically have the same healing properties as the plants they come from due to different chemical components.
  • Many essentials oils have not been tested on humans and you should always proceed with caution.
  • Avoid contact with eyes.  If an essential oil or essential oil blend gets into your eye, flush the eye immediately with clean water or cold milk. Seek medical attention if the stinging and/or irritation continue.
